I am required to get SR50 auto insurance in Indiana? What is it? I need to get it to have my drivers license reinstated in Indiana. I do not own a car by the way.

If a person is required to show proof of the current insurance to Indiana BMV, he will need to get SR50. This form provides the information of the actual start and end date of the current car insurance policy.
